Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WaitBee ("Service"), operated by WaitBee ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use WaitBee, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WaitBee to create waitlist pages for:

  • Political campaigns, elections, or partisan political content
  • Adult content, gambling, or weapons
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Illegal activities or controlled substances
  • Financial fraud, pyramid schemes, or deceptive practices
  • Spam, phishing, or malware distribution

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

3. Waitlist Pages and Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (product descriptions, images, etc.). By using our AI generation features, you grant us a license to process your input to generate page content on your behalf. The generated content is yours to use.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content on your waitlist pages, including any claims about your product.

4. Signup Data

When visitors sign up on your waitlist pages, we collect and store their data on your behalf. You are the data controller for this information. You agree to:

  • Handle signup data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR)
  • Not sell or misuse the email addresses collected through WaitBee
  • Only send communications that signups have consented to receive

5. Plans and Billing

WaitBee offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed on our pricing page.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time with no early termination fees

6. Free Plan Limits

The free plan includes 1 waitlist page and 100 signups. When you reach these limits, new pages cannot be created and new signups will not be collected until you upgrade. Existing data is never deleted due to plan limits.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The WaitBee name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. The open-source components we use are subject to their respective licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
